This article studies and analyzes the generative process of inverter drive from initial to the present and researched the development present situation of high voltage inverter at abroad and in China. Based on the reality that the demand for the inverter is higher and higher, this paper designed a cascade model, low power inverter drive. The inverter drive has two features: topology circuit cascade type, low power consumption. Cascade type refers to: the overall topology structure is divided into front-end circuit for DC-DC booster, the back-end circuit for DC-AC inverter driver stage, composed of two cascaded single-stage circuit of the circuit topology. Low power refers to: the output power is low, with the power output of 10 W.The full-bridge converter based on the principle of circuit topology analysis, adopted the single-ended full-bridge DC-DC topology design of the first level DC-DC booster circuit, to be able to improve the voltage step-up ratio, meet the requirements of high voltage. Secondary inverter drive circuit used in circuit of MOSFET is half bridge driver circuit, advantages of MOSFET switching speed is faster, the turn-on resistance requirements needed for the low, can be applied to the inverter drive aspect of this article.The paper has finished the work included: aiming at DC-AC booster inverter which can invert the 12 V DC to 100 V AC current, we researched the booster principle of the flyback converter and finished its design, designed the MOSFET drive circuit, designed DC-DC feedback, designed the isolation driven, designed MATLAB booster simulation.
