From the supply perspective, solar energy and wind energy as a renewable energy, isconsistent with the sustainable development of green energy. The problem of how to use thenew energy such as solar and wind better by the overwhelming majority of the peopleconcerned. In the process of development and utilization of new energy, solar energy andwind energy electric energy generated by the direct current, the DC inverter for gridconnected inverter AC power required, play a decisive role, inverter detection to meet the gridconditions is very important. This paper presents a design of three-phase programmable ACpower supply device is designed to meet the needs of grid environment, grid connectedinverter is required, not only can output voltage normal, but also can simulate such as voltagesag, frequency deviation, three-phase unbalance and harmonic voltage contained commonfault.The main circuit of the three-phase programmable AC power supply device comprises:uncontrolled rectifying circuit, Boost circuit, three-phase full bridge inverter circuit, LC filtercircuit four parts, the control circuit mainly includes the man-machine interface, the maincontrol unit, drive circuit, isolation circuit. Its characteristic is: do not controlled rectifiercircuit input power to AC into DC ripple, the electrolytic capacitor filtered into DC, thenconnected to the Boost circuit, three-phase full bridge inverter circuit is connected to theBoost circuit, a three-phase full bridge inverter circuit output to LC AC filter circuit toisolated feedback circuit, current feedback voltage circuit uses the voltage transformerHTTV31CE sampling circuit and a current transformer GCT-207B sampling circuit,sampling voltage and current feedback to the main control unit, produced by the main controlunit SPWM control signals of the isolation driving circuit of SPWM driving signal to driveinverter circuit, main control unit is connected with the man-machine interface, the man-machine interface includes buttons and display, parameter through the buttons can be setto the desired, through the liquid crystal display can display the important parameters ofvoltage, frequency etc..Secondly, the paper designed the circuit of three phase full bridge converter andthree-phase programmable AC power supply with TMS320F2812as the core device based onthe principle and structure, the related circuits is described in detail. After finishing the designof circuit parameters, analysis by using the MATLAB/Simulink software of the whole systemblock simulation. And the system software design idea and realizing method and key processis introduced in detail.
