But the multimedia data with a large amount of data and the autocorrelation and text data is very different from the traditional methods of encrypting, it is difficult to meet the requirements of multimedia application.According to the characteristics of video data in a large quantity of data, this paper introduces the research status of image encryption based on chaos theory, chaotic theory and basic knowledge of cryptography, the design of safety encryption method using chaotic cryptography to ensure the security of video data.
