Reading is an indispensable way of life in people’s life, there is no question that reading habits of people come into another way quietly. Mobile phone has become an important symbol of the digital age, and from all aspects of the impact on people’s lives. As the computer Readers are also becoming more and more simple, more portable equipment. With the popularity of 3G networks, the rise of 4G networks, reading habits are changing by telephones, and gradually open the phone to read this piece of blue ocean.2010,the company called “More to see” was established, "read more" to become more look at Technology Co., Ltd. So far, read more than Android system, iOS system, Kindle system, including the mobile reading various text form. In this paper, the mobile phone market embody a wild future, with the view of "reading" as an example, how to train a number of loyal users in the competition of various reading App, and use the 4C marketing theory to study the effective marketing theory and strategy of mobile phone reading.
