With the rapid development of China’s social economy and culture in recent years, the degree of aging of society further. The number of elderly population proportion of the total population increased gradually, while the number of elderly people suffering from cerebral vascular and nervous system diseases, these diseases are associated with the majority of patients with lower limb motor dysfunction. At the same time, due to the rapid growth of traffic convenience and transportation, the number of patients with lower limb motor dysfunction caused by traffic accidents is increasing year by year. Therefore, in order to training and lower limb motor function recovery in patients with lower limb movement disorder, and provide training to protect the safety of its effective, makes the research and development of intelligent rehabilitation training system has become a research problem to be solved.On the background of intelligent lower limb rehabilitation training robot based on, this paper firstly introduces the structure characteristics of human bones, joints and muscles, and analyzes the characteristics of the human body up walking and joint activities range. Then the paper established a biomechanical model of human body limbs. Secondly, design a kind of arm type the lower limb rehabilitation training institutions, and for the design of mechanical structure are analyzed by static analysis and optimization, in order to ensure the rationality of the design of mechanical structure; according to the structure of the position and the size design, calculated motion control parameter equation. Finally this paper also set up a suspension type lower limb rehabilitation training system, and according to the proposed adaptive control method the motion human body up and preliminary experiments, the experimental data and the health of the human body up the experimental data are consistent, thus verified the suspension Hanging type lower limb rehabilitation training system on lower limb training stand can be implemented.Although the research content of this paper has some achievements, it is necessary to deeply study and research. Finally, the two sets of rehabilitation training system are applied in clinical trials.
