| Under the wonderful trend of the mobile internet developing, wechat has been becoming a inseparable part of our daily life based on the foundations of the internet technology. It has also changed the way we communicate with each other and the way we live. The usual communication form based on paper and television of those old school media is now been tearing apart by its unique transmission structure. In this situation, wechat has became a important method how all kinds of emergency issues spread. Once sudden events happens, wechat will be on the rise and gradually replacing the status of the traditional media.The rapid rise of wechat in recent years, not only because of its convenient communicate way but its powerful and abundant functions. Among them, the official account and the friend circle with high-usage rate is in particular. The former one transmit information, the latter one express emotion. Just like two blooming flowers stand for their own branch respectively. They catch each other well but not all the same. On account of this, the article explored the official account and friend circle in emergency issues. We made a comparative analysis for the differences of their two transmission methods. Hopefully it can be helpful for promoting these two functions in wechat.The article made an example as the explosion in Tianjin port, we use the comparative analysis research method to explore the spread function of the official account and friend circle in sudden events. The same lies in the identity of their communicators are relatively stable, and can be used as a means of expression of multimedia communication activities. The difference between the two is from the spread of the main body, the spread of content and the way of the three aspects of the spread of the analysis: Public signal transmission is the main media, its content mainly to the positive report, mode of transmission are also more likely opposite to the traditional point; and to the individual release behavior of circle of friends, it spread more lies in emotion tendency and due to the high degree of two-way interactive, circle of friends in the mode of transmission to more direct point to point communication mainly.According to the emergencies in micro channel public number and micro comparison and analysis of the spread of circle of friends, both in the propagation process of emergency still exist some problems: A number of public dissemination of information sometimes deviate from the center, to more easily lead to the phenomenon of group polarization; highly intimate circle of friends makes the rumors to self purification. In order to solve these problems, this paper summarizes four corresponding strategies to solve: improve the micro credit legal system construction; development of the integration of interactive new platform; the "circle" space defense system is established; improve the user media literacy. There is a desire to help the users to be more understanding about the differences between these two powerful functions in wechat and provide some inspires for the better development of them. |
