It dues to limited resources, time and space, therefore it is imperative to establish network online exam system.In this paper, the system includes system management, online learning, examination registration, online exam ination, scores query, monitors. The function of the system is comprehensive. It improves the efficiency on exercise and test for fire army officer. The system can realize free online exercise and exam ination without considering the space an d time. It is the paperless examination mode, improving the quality of the fire of ficers and soldiers. The system is suitable for firefighters understanding and analysis ability, suitable for fire officers and men of learning. It can set up electronic database and digital exam management in the system. It achieves the standardization of the m anagement and ex am exercise in the system. The fire protection network examination system has reached the expected goal in applicability, reliability, efficiency and safety.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1) First of all, the research back ground and significance of the online examination system are elaborated, the do mestic and foreign research status are analyzed comprehensively.(2) According to the analysis of func tion and perform ance, the technical background of the system are introduce d. It includes fire protection network examination system, ASP technology, B/S three layer structure, SQL Server 2005 database. The paper analyze the feasibility, the an alysis includes function and performance requirement. The func tion of the system includes enrollment, online examination, registration, online exam ination, scores query, invigilation and system management. All of the business process is completed through various functional modules.(3) According to requirement analysis the system is designed, the overall structure of the system is designed, the network structure of the system and the database are also designed. According to the design of the sy stem the im plementing is completed, it mainly includes log in module, online traini ng, test registration, online exam ination, supervise implementation and system management module. After the process of implementation the business process and system interface are introduced.(4) After implementation of the syste m the system was teste d, it includ ing the function and performance test, the results of the test show that the function m eet the requirement, the performance of the system can achieve the goals and objectives.At present, fire protection netw ork examination system has been used, the use of the system achieve standardizatio n management for fire of ficers and soldiers, it improves students’ professional quality and the quality of practice and test ef ficiency.
