The scheme has been proposed based on the Visible Light Communication in the intelligent home network coverage,which can effectively solve the problem of capacity, electromagnetic interference and security of intelligent home network access. For visible light communication system receiving plane of the light receiving power,signal to noise ratio and the bit error rate of the uneven distributio n,which will lead to distribution in the room in different locations of the smart devices cannot enjoy the same quality of service, and even lead to communication failure caused by the received signal power is insufficient,and the influence of intelligent family network coverage performance. Therefore, how to optimize the balanced coverage of the VLC power in intelligent home becomes one of the hot research direction of the current visible light communication technology.This article based on the visible light communication technology,combined improved cuckoo search algorithm,proposes a new visible model of the optical connunication system.The proposal in the VLC receiving signal model into the power regulation factor and signal-to- noise ratio adjustment factor, by finding the most optimal adjusting factor to obtain the optima l distribution of indoor light power and signal-to-noise ratio. In order to obtain the optimal adjusting factor, this paper adopted the swarm intelligence optimization algorithm.The cuckoo search algorithm is a kind of swarm intelligence optimization algorithm, CS algorithm used the Levy Flights preference random walk search mechanism and strategy of the two strategies balance the global search and local search algorithm,it is improved particle swarm optimization algorithm to easy appear premature problem.Compared with other intelligent optimizationalgorithms,CS algorithm has the advanta ges of simple,less parameters,easy to implement.CS algorithm of accuracy and convergence rate obviously faster than the particle swarm optimization algorithm and the genetic algorithm has the advantage.For further improve cuckoo search algorithm, this paperselect an improved cuckoo algorithm, it has higher ability of refinement and faster speed of convergence in solving the problem of multi-objective optimization. In addition, for convenience of engineering and technical personnel to quickly and efficiently according to different scenarios for VLC source design, based on the theory of software engineering design has an indoor VLC coverage optimization simulation system and the system architecture, requirements, design and implementation are introduced.The work that been done in this paper are as follows:(1) Described the principle of the VLC technology and development status(2) Introduced the intelligent optimization algorithm and its several common algorithms, especiallythe cuckoo search algorithm. In o rder to solve the speed of the cuckoo algorithm calculation, and at the same time in order to obtain more uniform indoor VLC light power and signal-to-noise ratio distribution, we proposed an improved cuckoo search algorithm, by introducing the adaptive s tep length factor and adaptive detection probability mechanism, to further improve the convergence speed and precision of the algorithm, thus improving the indoor VLC optical power distribution and uniformity of the distribution of signal to noise ratio.(3) Introduced the basic principle and main characteristics of visible lightcommunication, provided the key parameters solutions for indoor visible light communication system design.Including the receiving plane illumination characteristics, receiving light power, regulatory factors, power ratio and signal-to-noise objective function. Introduced the optimization function of the key code and flow chart description.(4) Through the simulation experiments to prove that the efficiency and superiority of the indoor visib le light communication coverage problem used by the improved cuckoo search algorithm.(5) It was proved that the final regulation factor can achieve the balance of VLC p ower coverage and signal to noise ratio in the intellengent home.(6) Based on the theory of software engineering design indoor visible light communication management system, introduces the system architecture, requirement analysis, software design of function module and working process.
