Analysis And Design Of Financial Payments Management System

With the rapid development of Internet technology, trends of informationization and automation in every field increase gradually. Traditional financial management has a lot of disadvantages and it has been unable to meet the financial requirements of the modern enterprise business process. In recent years, the development of electronic payment platforms provides a new approach for payment method. Various types of enterprise have adopted a financial payment system that suits themselves well. They use the system to input all kinds of invoices such as purchase invoices and choose the ones that are prepared to pay from all the invoices. The system can also inform bank to finish payment to suppliers or other enterprise. Using payment system to inquire,count and analyze is more accurate and convenient, and it makes the payment finished in time and quickly.This paper describes the process of designing and achieving the payment system. First, according to the requirements of enterprise, determining the system is based on J2 EE platform and using Oracle database for data storage.After analyzing the business process, the system can be divided into three modules, including generating payment report, deleting payment and invoice pending. Then plan these modules and database in detail. According to the test,it is obvious that the system runs smoothly and correctly, and it also can meet the requirements of payable account in the enterprise.
