Big data technology with its advantages of low cost high performance was a great success in the communications,transportation, medical and other fields.The main work of this paper are:First, combining the characteristics of big data technology and the current field of mobile communications in certain scenarios and giving the requirement of high throughput performance clear billing data processing systems analysis and summary of the design, including the design of cost-effective and high-performance cluster software system design.Second, according to a summary of the design solutions and concrete practice of the actual situation, gives a detailed design and implementation process, focusing on detailed billing system and deploy clean storage queries and data analysis module design and implementation.In the course of the project, we take the actual requirements of the different stages of the project design and practice different ways, tested system solutions in functionality and performance can meet the requirements of operators, providing high-speed, stable, reliable and scalable data storage and processing services.
