Chengdu Rong Wei is a company of electronic products for small company’s main projects, due to the signing of the uncertainty, we plan to issue timely, real-time feedback material procurement as well as production and assembly processes and other aspects of controllability, restrictions the company’s efficient operation and development.After analyzing the Rong Wei company specific issues and business requirements during operations to solve problems during the operation process for the enterprise user management, work order management, procurement management, process management, specific processes, and determining the system’s design goals, functional needs and performance requirements, this paper builds a small-scale ERP management system. It can put the ERP system and external OUTLOOK mail systems together so that people and enterprise’s production, material, financial, supply, marketing, information flow, logistics, management and capital flow, and other synthetic closely together to achieve a quick resource sharing, to improve the target ERP system implementation success rate.The software uses configuration mode browser/server, and represents three-tier architecture, business logic, data services layer. Using the SQL language to complete the requirements of the database, Using a special type of stored procedure called triggers of SQL Server. The characteristics changes will occur in the use of trigger data specified in the table that the entry into force at the same time, to achieve the purpose of the transfer process and efficient transition process of convergence, but also can increase the data processing system and garbage.The system through the functional and performance tests, to meet the actual needs of the company, has been applied in the company. |
