The main users of private cluster network system are in the organs and units directly under the CPC Central Committee,Departments and units under the State Council,Security forces directly under the security unit,Party and government system units.The system is mainly used for unclassified call, command scheduling, meeting arrangements and leadership entourage routine arrangements. It can also be used in the emergency communications, As it is a strong complement to the mobile public networks.There are a large number of users in the public mobile communications network has, When major events or unexpected events(eg, rallies, natural disasters, etc.) happen.Users will concentrate in hot spots.If all the users send their call request, it will cause the radio channel obstruction,worst the communication will be interrupted. While the private network communication can strictly control the amount of network users.In to protect the smooth flow of traffic.In addition, the user can also send emergency communications vehicles temporarily deployed in hot spots, in order to cope with a temporary increase in traffic. The role of the communication is this: "do not need but have, but not better than required." According to the unified planning and deployment from the higher level, N City Cluster Command and Control system employs Motorola’s iDEN system.The advantages include dual-mode phones,the telephone interconnect functions,cell reuse the honeycomb structure and telephone interconnect functions.The iDEN system employs advanced modulation technology M-16 QAM. Each 25 kHz channel is divided into six time slots.And each time slots is 15 ms.At the beginning of each time slot,the synchronization preamble is use for slot synchronization.The system uses the VSELP voice coding technology.It support scheduling, telephone interconnect, circuit data / fax and other operational mechanism.The content of this thesis includes the researches and key technology on the 800 M Cluster command system. Include,firstly the superior link to the higher center system of the N city cluster system has been build,it was used the E1 link.The Transmission equipment was used the HUAWEI’s equipment to link with the local network. The network is be optimized witch make the link stable and safe.Secondly three construction sites has been completed.This sites has been covered the major work area for the provincial party committee and the municipal city government.We build up the key network of the 800 M cluster command system. It is pave the way for the Fiber Optic Repeater.The third,I worked with the technical staff.After station finished, we tested the station system by some software like road test and initial test.We check out the power cable before we turn on the power. After that we record the parameter.Then i coordinate with our colleague in Beijing’s center room to check out the E1 link form Beijing.When the system was up and everything was fine, we took our iDEN mobile phone to test.When we in the good view and no shelter area.Our system’s coverage reached four kilometer.The fourth,i can ues the iDEN mobile phone proficiency.Such like group call and private call.When we were in the test we tested any functions of the system like cluster call with other provinces’ s iDEN mobile phone.We also successfully communicated with public network mobile phone.The fifth, i control every detail strictly during the entire project that ensure safety.At present, the system of local base station has been finished.I Achieved the expected goal.
