China has entered the era of 4G mobile communication development.S ince got 4G licenses, China Telecom Corp for the most part the focus of the mobile network construction and investment hasb een transferred to the construction of 4G networks. According to the current situation of development ofn etwork, China Telecom Corp’s voice service went on CDMA 1X network, because the reason such as user behavior habits and operator strategy, CDMA network willo ccupy important position in the next few years. Under the condition of building slumped in investment, how to revitalize the existing CDMA 1X network resources, to meet the needs of the present situation and the future,i s of great significance.After years of development, China Telecom Corp’s CDMA network scale of base station and users are increased by several times. But overall, the existing CDMA 1X network regional disparity of utilization rate is far, the overall utilization rate is low, high redundancy network resources. This article selects a certain area of China Telecom Corp’s CDMA network as the research object, the existing network resources and traffic statistical date of a certain period of time for analysis. Put forward the corresponding channel element (CE) adjustment, carrier adjustment, source to replace, base station capacity, improve base station 1X wireless network utilization of existing CDMA 1X network structure adjustment, the redundant equipment and resources reuse, make the CDMA 1X network structure was optimized, in the case of using smaller investment, meet the needs of CDMA network nearly phases the constructiona nd development.I n this paper, the main work and achievements are as follows:1. CDMA 1X mixed traffic model analysis;2. Do statistical analysis on CDMA 1X existing network structure;3. Aiming at the problems now CDMA 1X network structure, put forward the corresponding the utilization rate of ascension;4. CDMA 1X network utilization way, through ascension to redundant equipment and resource recycling;5. Based onC DMA 1X network structure present situationa nalysis, put forward the utilization rate of lifting scheme, to adjust the redundante quipmenta nd resources reuse implementation plan, to optimize the basic CDMA 1X network structure, revitalize the existing resources, save investment meet CDMA 1X network short-term construction an development needs. CDMA 1X network utilization, the design and implementation of lifting scheme also provides a reference to the development of the mobile networks.
