With the advent of digital high definition era, technology development of network multimedia, and in response to the high-definition production and network transmission put forward by the State Administration of Radio Film and Television, more and more TV media and program production agencies require high-definition broadcasting system. By combining the program production of satellite channel of TV station and implementation of process integration, improving work efficiency and production system and making them integrate into the whole station network, the design realizes to produce and push high-definition production network system of news programs and large variety shows. However, with regard to the network platform construction of high-definition production, the most important thing is to ensure the security of data storage, data transmission and operational safety. Meanwhile, the establishment of network architecture also relates to the efficiency of the whole system.The core of this system design is the storage and transmission of data, so the selection of the storage structure, the selection of equipment and the configuration of the service, the connection of the interface are related to the whole system. In this paper, based on data storage and transmission, mainly research-part three from the system requirements analysis, system design and implementation, operation and maintenance safety. The concept, working principle, design method, implementation process and test result of the system are studied in detail. To accomplish the set-up of network system of the whole high-definition production, it introduces related concepts, working principle, design method, implementation process and test result in each module comprehensively. The design of this system meets the efficient and high-quality production as well as security push of high-definition program, achieves the integration of workflow, high transmission bandwidth and high performance. Meanwhile, the third-party interface that connects with other software, services and equipments is developed. Thus, it realizes message communication and data copy and transmission, while the accessing to the whole station network achieves the integration of broadcasting. The paper arranges and plans scenario toward emergencies, provides insurance measures for operations and network security and prevents the occurrence of major accidents.The system innovation of design in three places.The system adopts the FC SAN+NAS dual-network architecture, and the software adopts ASFS intelligence file system so as to realize the storage management and sharing access, It solves the bandwidth does not support video clip issue, played a high bandwidth in the SAN environment, effectively guarantee the system bandwidth. Moreover, the network isolation and USB ferry are utilized to achieve the data transmission and guarantee the security of data transmission. As for the module design of program production, it firstly utilizes the cloud cache technology, relieves the reading pressure on the central storage data and improves the production efficiency.In the paper, it conducts research and design towards the system, which not only offers an important reference value to other media industries for constructing network system with high-definition production and full digitalization, but also exerts great significance to the integration of the satellite channel into the whole station network, management of operation and maintenance as well as reconstruction of future projects.
