In recent years, with the high-speed development of computer information technology, more and more terms of science and technology are constantly emerging in public view, such as big data, cloud computing and mobile internet. Meanwhile, some traditional industries have being fully aware of the starting point which help them to combine with computer information technology, and they generally begin to join the mobile internet. Using information management system which can collect, organize, process, store and integrate information to develop business, realizing the transportation, storage and share of data by "information flow" can help to make the service more convenient, effective and reliable. Besides, the less advanced informatization in traditional car washing industry holds back its information management in the man-made stage which has accelerated the presence of information management system. Thus, it has became inevitable to carry out the research and development of the car wash information management system.This paper has mainly discussed how to design and implement a server side in the car wash information management system. Firstly, the trend of the mobile internet has been introduced, as well as the background of the informalization of Chinese car washing industry. Secondly, to illuminate the aim and the function of the car wash information management system, this paper has analyzed the business, users, function and performance of this software. Thirdly, this paper has introduced the design of the car wash information management system based on MVC, the popular software architecture, including the entire system frame, the function, the database and the interface. Also, the implementation of this system has been introduced, with the use of SSH (Struts+Spring+Hibernate). Last but not least, this paper has introduced the specific test solution and its result analysis of this system. The improvement has been discussed as well.
