Design And Implementation Of The Internet-based Transaction Supervision System In Jilin Province

With the rapid development of China’s economy, the trading mode is transformin g to E-commerce from the traditional platform. Currently, more than 89 millions citize ns are purchasing online, and about 11 millions businesses are targeted as customers. The annual turnover has reached 4.5 trillion RMB in year 2010, which is about 3% of total annual retail sales at the national level. Even though regulatory rules contributed a lot to the dramatic increase of the retail sales, information technology as well as the supervision technology of the internet-based transactions still needs to be improved in order to achieve further sales increase. Therefore, the management department, which is responsible for researching and supervising the network information of the internet-based transactions, should provide the guidance on the development of national inter net-based trade supervision system as soon as possible. In this study, the following su bjects were discussed:1. Basic Implementation of the Internet-based transaction supervision system in J ilin Province2. Realization of the functions related to the Internet-based transaction supervisio n system3.Improvement on the database and business mode development of the Internet-b ased transaction supervision system in Jilin Province by applying XML and.NET.4. Combined analysis on the core functionalities including data processing and su pply chain management in the Internet-based transaction supervision system in Jilin P rovinceIn this study, the overall design concept, network construction, hardware configu ration, software design and implementation as well as the functional features used in the system were introduced. The sample code in XML and.Net was provided, and the relative business logic and database structure were described in detail. To optimize rel ative functions, system management and data processing, which are significantly imp ortant in the function implementation, must be applied. Only if the relative technique s were combined with system design, the functions of the Internet-based transaction s upervision system could be realized.This study analyzed the main problems existing in the Internet-based transaction supervision system in Jilin Province by focusing on design of the supervision mode an d applying the functional models. The study will provide theoretical and technical sup port to construction of the national Internet-based transaction supervision system in th e future.
