The Design And Implementation Of Group Purchase Guide System Based On Android Platform

The widespread of the Internet promoted the development of e-commerce industry and derived a new online shopping pattern which is called group purchase or group purchase. From the establishment of the first group purchase web site in 2010 to nowadays, group purchase web sites developed rapidly and an increasing numbers of professional group purchase web site joined in the e-commerce market. In the meantime, the development of smart phones bring a new commercial pattern for e-commerce, as the increasing of Internet citizens who use mobile phones, the users of online shopping by smart phones is also increasing. To buy things online by smart phones no longer subject to the constraints of time and location, users can purchase through browsing e-commerce web site by their phone’s connection with the Internet.However, while various group purchase information provided concessions to consumers it also brought disadvantages, that is, it is inconvenient for consumers to search for and compare group purchase information when they faced to diverse group purchase web sites. Aimed at this issue, some professional portal sites developed comprehensive group purchase guide website, they integrated the information on some large group purchase sites on one web site, hence to facilitate the user to view and compare. Yet the development of smart phone has brought new problems, more and more Internet citizens choose to buy things via mobile 3G network through the mobile client and there is no special group purchase guide system of mobile applications, therefore, this paper proposed group purchase guide system based on Android.Android is a smartphone operating system based on the Linux kernel. It has developed rapidly because of the good user experience and the open design. Android system is an open-source system, it provides an open development environment for developers and users, which make more and more people into the development of the Android system, also resulting many Android-based applications, users can download and install a variety of third-party applications to enrich their phonesThrough research on smart phone operation systems and the current status of group purchase web sites, this paper studied Android operation system application development, analyzed the functional requirements of group purchase guide system, and detailed designed the registration and login module, group purchase information viewer module, favorite module and purchase module respectively, and finally finished the realization. Via calling the API interfaces which provided by the mainstream group purchase web site, to get the data of currently hot commodities and to present them to users, users can collect the information which they concerned and view the discount information of commodities, they can also to purchase commodities directly.
