Through the computer managing training process, it is not only the training contents and training materials, but also the training time and the training place.Through such system, it can improve the training effect, save the training cost, and improve the professional level and quality of the talents. With the popularity of smart phones in China, more and more PC side application shifting to the end of the phone, greatly enrich the people’s lives, to improve the efficiency of work and life of people.With the popularity of mobile Internet, more persons are using Android smart phones, which also requires companies to shift the original corporate training business from the traditional mode to the mobile Internet, making the whole training activities become more convenient and efficient.The objective of this thesis is the mobile phone platform and development technology based on Android, the design and implementation of an efficient mobile enterprise training system. The main work of this paper is the design and implementation of enterprise training system focused on the mobile phone client and server. In this paper, combined with the development of the idea of software engineering, the enterprise business training carried out a detailed needs analysis, then has carried on the detailed design of the system software architecture and database, based on the Android technology to realize the system modules.According to the characteristics of the traditional training system of the enterprise, the first analysis of the use of modeling tool based on object oriented idea of object, design a corporate training system based on Android platform. Through the development and deployment of the system, makes the enterprise training business greatly personalization and normalization, but also makes each employee firmly grasp the opportunities for learning and learning content personal customized to achieve lifelong learning.
