This paper has made an introduction of the hazards of the mechanical vibrations in the practical production. Especially in the petrochemical production, it plays an important role in strengthening the vibration monitoring system to ensure the safe and efficient production.It makes a presentation for the nature and development of wireless sensor networks and combined with blind source separation techniques to design a vibration monitoring module based on the wireless sensor networks. This paper gives a brief introduction of the vibration signals for blind source separation technique and highlights the ICA optimization algorithm. In order to meet the industrial requirements of pump vibration monitoring, sensor modules and data aggregation modules were designed separately and combined together to complete vibration monitoring module wireless sensor networks. Due to the practical application environment is relatively complex, vibration monitoring module selected ST accelerometers L2S2DH with ultra-low power consumption to meet the requirements of industrial technology, and selected SM501D module in wireless serial communication module. For the performance of the components of the two modules, the advantages and disadvantages are described in detail. After the completion of the main design, it has been optimized for design improvements. Vibration of the pump is available through the vibration monitoring module vibration signal, aggregated by wireless transmission systems, and got data processing system through the pump inspection applications blind source separation technique of vibration. The system presents the vibration trend, the vibration waveform, the vibration spectrum, etc. a series of vibration information. It can be understood that vibration of the pump and fault conditions by reading the vibration information and protection in advance. It works a common effect of vibration monitoring module which is based on wireless sensor networks and pump inspection system, the actual pump inspection system was given necessary introduction. The application of pump equipment inspection system analysis process was introduced.
