This paper design an adaptive vibration monitoring system which is based on MEMS sensor and is capable of real-time monitoring the vibration data of the three dimensions of space. Meanwhile, the system accomplish the analysis of identification results by using the principle of vibration fault recognition and get the corresponding output control based on the analysis results.This design is mainly used in the industrial field of electricity production, which use turbine as a detection target and finish real-time monitoring body vibration of the turbine. Particularity turbine requires a comprehensive real-time measured vibration data and detects the vibration signal measured in three dimensions within the wide frequency response range by using triaxial MEMS acceleration sensor adaptive acquisition principle. After collecting the vibration data, we do fault identification from vibration amplitude and vibration spectrum. On the one hand, we use the method of amplitude comparison to determine whether it’s a failure; On the other hand, after getting the vibration data we obtain signal spectrum by using FFT analysis and determine whether there has occurred failure through observing whether the spectrum is normal. By identifying the fault from these two angles, system will alarm and control the output according to the state of the turbine.This system, tried hardware and software programming, has been preliminary model system. In the laboratory, we take the vibration table to simulate the turbine. This system can collect the real-time vibration acceleration data in three dimensions in space during operation, the vibration signal can be adaptively collected within the frequency range 1KHz by using adaptive acquisition principle. In addition, by increasing the acceleration amplitude of the vibration table, when the acceleration amplitude reaches abnormal alarm value which system has set, the system will alarm. It proves the reliability and real-time of the system. For the turbine vibrations spectrum during abnormal situations, the system uses software simulation tools to verify the accuracy and effectiveness of the FFT analysis by comparing the normal and abnormal signal.
