The system will focus on taxation data, purify the big mount of data, and bring the modern data focused taxation mode come true.Firstly, this paper analysis the present situation of electronic tax-related data quality control in China and foreign countries, and the situation of centralized-data quality in Shannxi Local Taxation Bureau, We proposed the guidelines of "Data utilization, quality first" to emphasize the necessity of the Electronic Tax Data Quality Audit System. Secondly, this paper describes the detailing each business function module implementations and the overall technical architecture and database design of the Electronic Tax Data Quality Audit System, through the analysis of enterprise services architecture Java EE, application server WebLogic, database Oracle, data extraction tool ODI and other related technologies. Finally, the detailed test carried out towards each electronic tax-related data audit module and the system performance, in the meanwhile, the feasibility of the technology is verified by practical application in Shaanxi Local Taxation Bureau.The Electronic Tax Data Quality Audit System is the inevitable product of the development of tax information. Based on actual business needs, Shaanxi Local Taxation Bureau has cleaned up more than 100 thousand error data, increased tax more than 89.675 million yuan. The system has improved the efficiency of data utilization, and promoted the tax administration, established the data foundation for information tax.
