With the increasing development of communications industry, people’s daily life has been completely saturated by communication service, Consequently, people are becoming more and more dependent on the communication service, among which SMS (short message service) has become one of the most important services in telecom industry of China. Now SMS is mainly achieved by gateway, terminal modes and websites. This thesis mainly discusses the correctness of SMS data encoding of end products fully verified on the basis of design and implementation of business-oriented communication code transition system.In this thesis, it firstly had the discussion about the research background and the status quo at home and abroad of business-oriented communication code transition system, and the detailed structure of this thesis; at the same time, it mainly made an introduction to SMS technology involved in the system, especially to the definition, the workflow of protocol and system structure of SMPP, and AT instruction set of company and PDU encoding of sending and receiving SMS; it also had a detailed demand analysis of the system, including the system’s development background and requirements specifications, which included functional requirements and non-functional requirements, functional requirements included the design of role requirements and business flow. In addition, it conducted the detailed design of running the operation, the flow chart of Unicode/GSM7 from codec, transmitting, decoding of receiving messages to decoding of receiving reports and realization of major functions. Moreover, it had the test for the system, included the test method choose of each link, the test rule design of each link, the examples used for the test of each link, and the analysis of test results; at last, it made a summarization to this thesis and gave some suggestions for further improvement of the system.In conclusion, on the base of demand analysis of the system and object-oriented design ideas, the business-oriented communication code transition system has been designed and implemented. By the analysis of the demand and workflow in SMS of end product and the application of modularization design ideas, people can get an implementation platform for the bed-by-bed analysis of SMS data encoding in the Corporate Communications and the system has great application value in the verification of end product in the corporation. Besides, the system has already got a good verification in the implementation project of company.
