For complicated and diversified electromagnetic environment, disturbance rejection method exposes shortcomings in traditional electronic system gradually. In contrast, biological reliability, immunity, adaptive and self-repairing can show obvious advantages in complicated electromagnetic environment.Based on the concept of bionic protection of electronic system and the advantages of adaptive immunity of organism in complex electromagnetic environment, this thesis presents exploration of new methods for bionic protection under the complex electromagnetic environment. The thesis refines to build the bionic model by studying the adaptive immunity mechanism of biological synapses. Then functional properties of neuronal synapse are simulated by the memristor bionic circuit. The main work is as follow:1. The feasibility of simulating neuronal synapse by the memristor based on the theory of the biological characteristics of neuronal synapse is analyzed, which provides a theoretical basis for the design of bionic circuit construction.Through the comparison between the memristor and synaptic, the transmission characteristics of the memristor is similar to that of the signal transmission mode of synaptic corpuscle. At the same time, their different transfer directions are found. Synaptic signal transfers in one direction, and the memristor is two-way transmission. The transfer direction of the memristor is controlled by the application voltage.2. Then the memristor bionic circuit models are constructed based on the analysis of the memristor circuit characteristics. The simulation and analysis of circuit are completed.By analyzing the characteristic equation of the memristor, the characteristic equation is transformed into a pipeline structure formula. Afterwards, the memristor bionic circuit is built with common module and DSP Builder module respectively. The results of simulation and analysis are consistent with those from HP laboratory.3. The design, simulation and analysis of the memristor bionic circuit is completed in FPGA simulation platform.The analysis work is in two aspects of simulation and verification: In the simulation and analysis of Quartus II, the memristor bionic circuit overall diagram and detail are designed via the RTL reader, in which the functions and characteristics of bionic circuit are described from the internal principle. In the Modelsim verification process, the correctness of bionic circuit is proved with the circuit output waveform.
