Double wavelength laser in laser medical treatment, not only precise spectral analysis, such as laser radar technology has wide application prospect, also has important significance in nonlinear optical frequency mixing. This paper based on the cavity pump puquan solid double wavelength laser resonator design research, realize the stability of the theory, dual wavelength laser operation, and to solve the structural parameters of the dual wavelength laser resonant cavity.This paper established the cavity pump desigh of dual wavelength laser, analyzed the cavity pump dual wavelength laser output characteristics, and starting from the rate equation of classic, aims to establish a double wavelength laser stable operation at the same time the mathematical model of the relation between the parameters of cavity, solution of each laser gain medium under the condition of different absorption of the pump power, and then under the condition of different pump power and thermal lens focal length, and through the numerical simulation and optimization of the model, was obtained under the condition of different output characteristics and the changing rule of the working material thermal lens focal length, in order to establish stable cavity pump cavity design of double wavelength laser consolidate date support, on the basis of three level has been approved and four-level laser stability condition stable operation at the same time, according to the thermal lens focal distance formula of thin lens and the basic theory of optical resonator, according to the ABCD transmission transformation matrix to establish a stable dual wavelength laser at the same time, a mathematics model of the oscillation, and the simulation under the condition of different parameters of parameters such as beam waist radius, divergence. Angle the change rule of optimization to solve the dual wavelength laser thermal stability of oscillation cavity parameters at the same time(Such as the radius of curvature of laser cavity mirror, and the interval between each optical element). Through the research of this paper, to be based on cavity pump puquan solid design method of dual wavelength laser cavity, then for no gain competitive solid foundation for the realization of the dual wavelength laser.
