With the scale of drilling platform system to be expanded, information management has become an important factor affects the whole system development. The establishment of a complete set of information management system can reduce the occurrence of accident risk, improve the production safety, also can timely get the platform production information to make important guarantee for the leadership decision-making. This paper researched and developed the distributed integrated information management system of offshore platform, the major work completed as follows:1、Completed system requirements analysis. This paper analyzed the existing problems of management information system of drilling platform, and then made a detailed requirement analysis, including the requirements of system function, performance, data, safety and benefit.2、Studied system architecture. Based on the system requirements analysis, the paper presented the system design principles and goals, carried out the design of overall system structure and each module function. This paper used the data flow diagram to describe the data logic operation and transformation process of each module within system.3、Studied information classification and coding of drilling platform. Facing different kinds of information in drilling platform, this paper presented a method that make use of information granularity to classify and code information and gave the model and method of information classify and coding which are based on information granularity.4、Completed the design of the distributed database. In this paper, the design of distributed database system structure、concept structure and data distribution are based on the requirements analysis of database. Realized data synchronous replication between each drilling platform and land headquarter with transactional replication technology of SQL Server, and used distributed link server to achieve land headquarter data query.5、Completed the implementation of system parts functions. According to the analysis of system functions, implemented login and parts functions of material system, including procurement planning, procurement plan audit, funds and quota settings, material storage/out management, with ASP.NET MVC technology.
