Cloud computing technology provides computational resources such as software and hardware outsourcing services to users, while it brings users conveniences, the complexity of its own architecture brings great challenge and impact to privacy protection and sensitive data security in the cloud computing environment. The transparency and half-credibility of cloud computing environment led to the security and reliability of data cannot be guaranteed, and the resulting privacy protection and copyright protection problems receive widespread concerned of academia and industrial.The objective of data copyright protection in the cloud computing environment is to prevent non-authorized users or cloud service providers illegally leaking or spreading user data, or engaging data mining and analyzing user data. According to the problem of inefficiency and high-complexity of traditional copyright protection method, in the combination with data coloring method and access control technology, the paper constructs a data copyright protection model in the cloud computing environment, and the reliability and security of the model are verified by experiment.The main research contents in this paper as follows:Firstly, The paper study the data coloring method based on cloud model, and the method include data coloring parameter determination, coloring object selection, data coloring method and color test method. And the paper mainly study coloring locations determination method based on chaotic sequence and the cloud model similarity measurement based on arithmetic average least-approximability. The proposed methodcan color data, test color and similarity judgments.Secondly, In the combination with the characteristic of the data in cloud computing environment and data coloring method, the paper constructs a data copyright protection model. The model mainly include data copyright register, data access control, data authorized access and copyright tracking authentication, and the implement protocols process is designed in detail.Finally, The performance of the algorithm, the validity and parameters error are verified by experiment with with the UCI data set. And the proposed data copyright protection model is tested in the virtual environment, and the reliability, security and algorithm complexity are analyzed in detail.The paper starts with the problem of data copyright protection in the cloud environment, combining with data coloring method and access control technology to study the data copyright protection method, and constructs the data copyright protection model and designs the copyright protection realization protocol and simulates the algorithms. Research shows that under the condition of the same privacy preservation requirements, the proposed method has certain reliability and security and achieve to trace copyright of leaked data and achieve the aims of data copyright.
