The traditional Internet applications based on data transmission, network provides a best effort service only; However, with the growing number of real-time requirements of multimedia services in the network, traditional services can not meet their requirements, the shortcomings of the quality of service of traditional IP(Internet Protocol) network exposed, So how to provide better network quality of service has become one of the focuses on the development of IP networks in the network multimedia application in the future. The system of Differentiated Services which is proposed on the system of Integrated Services is the main direction of the current stage of the network quality of service, and the queue scheduling algorithm is currently the focus of the study an hotspots. This paper first introduces the principle of improving the network quality of service and related technology in the existing network, then centralizes the model of Integrated Services and Differentiated Services with depth discussions, analysis and research. In the Differentiated Services, Analysis the basic principles, mechanisms for performance and application development, study on their respective performance indicators and the advantages and disadvantages. And then based on the Priority Queuing(PQ) scheduling algorithm and Deficit Weighted Round Robin(DWRR) scheduling algorithm, created a Dynamic Adapt Deficit Weighted Round Robin(DADWRR), based on the Differentiated Services the SDDWRR get through the dynamic monitoring the queue threshold of each queue and average data input speed for the dynamic allocation of weights to change the bandwidth and delay of the transmission of the queue size, etc, achieving improved network resources use efficiency and the quality of network services; Simulating the SDDWRR algorithm on the NS2 simulation platform and then analysising the data, the reault shows that the DADWRR scheduling algorithm can improve the bandwidth of the real-time multimedia services, improve its delay performance,and guarantee different business on the rational use of bandwidth, to meet the network quality of service for different business.
