In recent years, in the aviation, aerospace, transportation, medical and other fields, automatic test technology play a supporting role more significant in the development of electronic systems. Previous test and support equipment has the openness of the test data, low capacity of remote test and support, low test efficiency, deficient ability of parallel test, in view of the different types of electronic information system software development cost is too high. The purpose of this subject is that the developed ATE(Automatic Test Equipment) of information architecture software platform which depends on virtual mapping entities formed by virtual test technology is based on Testing Integrated Architecture(TIA). Automatic test, fault diagnosis, trend analysis, process control, maintenance guidance, resume management and other functions can be realized by the platform which allows users to quickly build a type of ATE with the functios of testing, training and maintenance.For the characteristics of UUT in the test and guarantee, the concept of virtual mapping entity is put forward. Through the study of the content attribute information of virtual mapping entity object model in TIA(testing integrated architecture), virtual entity mapping general test attribute object model and record information object model was developed, which can extend and inherit attributes. According to the imformation of virtual mapping entity, the general ATE database is developed, and the UUT information is organized and stored effectively.In this thesis, it is realized that the ATE software platform of information architecture is developed which is built up by developed components such as virtual UUT component, test information input component, test results component, trend analysis component, record management component, troubleshooting component and by exsisting technology such as TIA, middleware, process design component, process control component, instrumentation resource component, 3D display component. The automatic test program, fault diagnosis program, trend analysis program, record management program can be created through the above components which realize editable UUT type information, receive real-time UUT property status and refresh UUT property status, editable UUT record information, fault diagnosis expert database being set and runing fault diagnosis. By means of features of TIA and middleware, testing and parallel testing can be realized.Finally, integrated test support system of a type of electronic equipment is built up by using ATE software platform of imformation architecture and software functionality is verified. The test results show that the software platform has good universality and reliability. And the software platform meets the requirements of users quitely well.
