Modern sea warfare already has highly information of battlefield environment, Anti-ship missiles are facing unprecedented challenges, which higher requirements are put forward for anti-jamming ability of anti-ship missile. The combination of polarization technology and anti-jamming technology was an important direction of radar anti-jamming technology. Based on compound jamming of the surface, this dissertation deeply carried out research work on employing polarization information to deal with and identify compound jamming, The main contents include sea surface target polarization feature extraction based on modified odd and even scattering models and feature extraction and recognition of compound jamming based on the combination of polarization coherent radar etc. The specific work arrangement is summarized as follows:Chapter 1 introduces the significance and status of using the polarization information to process compound jamming, and brief introduction of the main research work is also given in the dissertation.Chapter 2 mainly describes polarization state characterization of electromagnetic wave and characterization of radar target polarization scattering characteristic,and introduces several polarization characteristics, which can characterize the polarization characteristics of the targets through the actual measurement data validation.Chapter 3 analyses the differences between the standard odd and even scattering models and multiple scatterings composed by corner reflectors and the sea surface or ships and the sea surface, and the standard odd and even scattering models are modified based on the differences, and do comparison test of polarization features with the total sea surface electromagnetic calculated data. The result shows that the polarization similarity features extracted by modified models have better separability under the influence of the sea surface for target recognition.Chapter 4 firstly not only analyses the mechanism of several typical interferences,but also compound jamming has carried on the detailed introduction, then describe the energy method to detect suppress interference; Secondly extract the four polarization characteristics parameter of compound jamming,and classify and recognize polarization characteristics by using two-dimensional and three-dimensional polarization characteristics of compound jamming. Finally, through the data validation, two-dimensional and three-dimensional polarization characteristics have good separability and can obtain the ideal effect.The fifth chapter mainly presents the system summary about the content of this article,and the next step of work is discussed.
