In recent decades, With the rapid development of all aspects of our country, the requirement of precise time measuring has been more and more higher in all walks of life. As one of the main methods of high-precision time comparing, satellite common-view has been used in various of laboratories for many years, in addition, it has been attach more and more importance to people to realize a method of satellite common-view time synchronism which is much more efficient.At present, embedded system has been widely used in various of realms, such as consumer electronics, network communication, national defense and so on, it’s a new technical hot point and development direction, and it has wide development prospect. It can not only lower the cost and the volume, reduce the power dissipation, but also can enhance the processing speed of the system by using embedded system.Firstly, this article introduce the develop history of time measure, recommend the concept and superiority of common-view technology and ARM embedded system, selectively analyze their function and effect in this article, present the design concept of satellite common-view time synchronism based on ARM, clear the benefit and characteristic of satellite common-view time synchronism which realized based on ARM. Then establish and analyze the ARM hardware platform, including select the proper ARM microprocessor, test the system to confirm whether the choice is proper, analyze the function of chip and so on.Next, this article realize the receiving, disposing, calculating and comparing of satellite common-view data which based on ARM, and the main point is the software design based on ARM. Analyze the form of satellite common-view data by software design and explain the specific data calculate method, get the local original satellite common-view data. Meanwhile, to achieve the goal of enhancing common-view precision, analyze the main error source during the procedure of satellite common-view data receiving and introduce the arithmetic of error amending. The main technologies which used in this article are kalman filtering and least squares curve-fitting, this article expound their theory and realize procedure and analyze the difference of before and after. On this basis, analyze the precision of satellite common-view comparing result which finally achieved, eliminate or recede the error during the period of data receiving and managing as far as possible, make the result of satellite common-view precision relatively satisfied.Finally, this article realizes a method of satellite common-view time synchronism. It proves the advantages of satellite common-view time synchronism technique which based on ARM by realize the hardware platform and the result of common-view comparing: easy and convenient to operate and control, be provided with favorable integration, processing fast and efficiently and so on.
