In recent years, more and more Recruiter or job seekers choose human resource market to provide platform for the dissemination of information to find suitable talents or job.However, with development of the amount of information in internet, the way to search job and talents information is inefficient by manual inputting, it is unable to meet the growing needs of the business.This paper focuses on the application of data mining technology in the human resources market. The potential relationship between candidates and job of the information can be dug out from the mass data.According to the comparison of different data mining algorithms and the characteristics of human resource market,the final choice of decision tree algorithm in c4.5 was made.The data is processed by data extraction and data preprocessing which from Talent information database of Guiyang human resource market.The processed data are used as an input of C4.5,then the decision tree and rule which is built by C4.5 can be expressed as the preference matrix.Base on the results of the data mining,an talent Recommendation measure was presented,to provide a valuable reference for candidates.It takes various factors into consideration in the process of job hunting and makes a list of Recommended job by hard conditions of filtration, non rigid conditions of similarity calculation and job preference calculation.For the proposed method,this paper designed a experiment of comparison between CBRS,CFRS and DBRS.Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm improve the accuracy of the recommendation...
