Network control system is now widely used in the control field, it is mainly connected by sensors, controllers, actuators and control objects with each other through the network, a distributed control system with closed-loop feedback. Network control system introduced network thus has many advantages, but also due to reasons of network, control system has many problems and shortcomings, the system have communication constraints, induced by delay, packet sequence confusion and loss occurred. Based on the networked control system with random packet loss, research on algorithm and the performance of the controller.First of all, this article elaborates the development and structure of the network control system, summarized the main advantages of networked control system,and the problems arising from the network control system is analyzed one by one. Describes the future research direction of the network control system, described in detail the direction of packet loss network control systems research. Then the packet loss analyzes the causes, characteristics and effect of the system, and then describes the packet loss in the system model, using the Bernoulli process to consider the probability of random packet loss, the use of Markov chains to create a system model for random packet loss. The system model for the random loss stability analysis, studying the effects of packet loss rate for the stability of the system, and study the design method of the controller, thus designed the PID controller with random packet loss.In this paper, Based on the packet loss Markov chain model for Bernoulli process is given the existence of data loss on the neural network PID control algorithm, Through the simulation can be seen,when the control system in the case of packet loss, the neural network PID control algorithm can still guarantee the stability of the system, and demonstrate the effectiveness of algorithms.
