In order to deal with the proble m of low efficiency in 4G network planning and optimization, which is owing to the insuf ficient of various theoretical technology a nd experience in the 4G network construction, the optimization of wireless network based on TD-LTE is studied in this paper, which is one of the 4G system, popular at home and abroad, especially about its cluster opti mization, capacity optimization as well as the related theories and technologies.First, the physical layer key technologies of TD-L TE are studied. This par t mainly analyses the principle, the char acteristics and the application of orthogonal frequency division multiplex(OFDM), multiple-input multiple-output(MIMO), adaptive modulation a nd coding(A MC) and the wireless fra me structure. The conclusion is OFDM can i mprove the system transmission bandwidth efficiently, MIMO can increase the receiving and sending gain of the message bet ter, which can dramatically improve the system capacity especially combining with OFDM, as well as the configuration of wireless frame structure is important t o the net work performance, etc.Then, the skill and application of wireless network cluster optim ization in the project period of TD-LTE is studied. This part summarizes the base process and t he main work of its network cluster opti mization by practice in the network opti mization of TD-LTE in project peri od. Owning to t he high use frequency in this period, the optimization principles and methods of physical-layer cell identity(PCI) and antenna are seriously studied. And the ef fect to the network performance of related TD-LTE physical layer key technologies is verified by the optimization case concretely, as well as the reliability of PCI and antenna optimization methods is verified.Finally, the skill and application of wireless network capacity optimization in the operation and maintenance period of TD-L TE is studie d. It concludes the concrete work and common measures of TD-LTE capacity opti mization by practice in the network optimization of TD-LTE in operation and maintenance period, and focuses on the principle and the i mplementation of cell division, c onfiguration of ca pacity parameters, adding the carrier fre quency and new sites. And it m akes suggestions about the scheme of dilatation according to the various networking s cenes of thr ee frequencies, frequency E, freque ncy F, frequency D, whic h are now popular networking scene of TD-L TE. Besides, this paper points out the detail engineering calculation method of UE th roughput in a cell, the bi ggest number of users on schedule each TTI in a cell, the biggest nu mber of users with RRC connection and the maximum quantity of RRC activated user s. And through a concert communication security work, the effectiveness of these capacity optimization schemes is verified, as well as the effect of the related parameters to TD-LTE capacity.
