Currently, our country has been in an aging society, and has a increasing trend with the elderly population growing, aging degree of intensified bring a lot of pressure to pension system of our country, in the case of nursing staff shortage and nursing work intensity heavy, it requires a lot of nursing care robots to assist us to complete, in order to improve the quality of life of the elderly. But in the process of using care robot, sometimes because of the shortage of the ergonomics research and design of the nursing robot, make human body produce discomfort, even lead to accidents. Ergonomics research of nursing robot is of great significance.This topic is to design and research bath cabin system of nursing robot from the perspective of ergonomics. Firstly, the paper analyses the physical characteristics of the elderly based on the theory of ergonomics, with the working principle of the nursing robot, using the method of industrial design for nursing robot bath cabin has carried on the modelling design. Secondly, through the analysis of the man-machine relationship of nursing robot bath machine seat combined with anthropometry, the size of the bathing machine seat main parameters is determined. Then, the nursing robot bath room and the bathing machine ontology are assembled in the Pro/E environment, the human body model in accordance with Chinese human body size are transfered, using Pro/E Manikin man-machine analysis module and man-machine engineering analysis to the human body model under standing and sitting bath state, and evaluating operation space by the human body model under different bathing posture, through the real testing the bathing machine, the test result is good. Lastly, using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to build the nursing robot bath comfort comprehensive evaluation system, through the analysis of the factors influencing the nursing robot bath comfort identify factors comprehensive evaluation, using the analytic hierarchy process(ahp) to determine the weights of evaluation factors, the evaluation index is established combined with bath simulated experience of the nursing robot, the bath comfort of the nursing robot has carried on the comprehensive evaluation by fuzzy comprehensive operation, the evaluation result is good. Thesis research results for further optimization of nursing robot and seriation design provides the basis.The results show that the subject of the man-machine engineering design of the nursing robot bath cabin system conform to the requirements of the preliminary design, bath care robot module of ergonomics research can effectively solve the elderly and the disabled in the process of bath not humanized design, improve the comfort and safety of bath process.
