As the development of artificial intelligence, cloud computing and big data technology and the improvement of requirement of intelligent software, the technology of object oriented programming can no longer simulate human behavior satisfactorily. But the agent oriented programming and MAS show great potential at the same time. In many types of agent reasoning model, the most mainstream agent reasoning model is BDI reasoning model. In this paper, the framework of reasoning of the BDI reasoning is proposed and the platform of development and operation of Agent is studied.Firstly, for the question of there is no clearly reasoning frame, so BDI reasoning mechanism can’t be applied well. The reasoning frame of BDI model is obtained through abstracting and summary of the theory model of BDI. And then the reasoning process and algorithm is obtained based the frame of BDI model. Clear Agent execute frame is proposed through the design of the frame of the BDI model.Secondly, the running environment of BDI reasoning machine is studied in this paper for the lack of BDI running environment. Based on the BDI running platform MAGE, which is developed by the Chinese academy of sciences, a BDI running platform is developed in this paper by creating a middleware between BDI reasoning engine and MAGE. The middleware can make it easily to integrated BDI reasoning engine into MAGE, and eventually the reasoner of MAGE is come into being, called MAGER, on which the multi agent system based on BDI reasoning can be operated.Thirdly, in order to solve the problem of the complex interface of Agent oriented programming, the Agent development platform called VAStudio, which is developed by Chinese academy of sciences, is extended in this paper. For getting the integrated development environment of BDI reasoning engine, the MAGER is integrated into VAStudio.Finally, for testing the integrated development environment of Agent oriented programming, an air traffic intelligent decision-making system is developed on the platform, which is compounded by MAGER and VAStudio. This test proves that the feasibility of the reasoning frame of BDI model and the integrated environment of Agent is available and easy-to use.
