Examination is st ill the primary means of testing the quality of teach ing and selection of personnel for the current stage of Secondary Ed ucation,S o it seem par ticu lar ly important that how to g et information from the test. Cur rent meth o ds commonly used is carrying the statistical analys is of th e papers, but the traditional pap er statistical analysi s is done b y professional s tat ist ical analysis software, Not only th e operation is complicated and inefficient, b ut al so requires ce rtain theoretical k n owledge and oper atio nal skil ls, More importantly, there is no unifo rm standard to mea su re, co mplete with their own experience of go od and bad in general terms, said the lack of authenticity, objectivity and accuracy.Convince Completely with their own exper ience of good and b ad in general ter ms, lacking of authenticity, objectivity and accuracy.Th erefor e there is a need to develop a simple operation scientifi c statistical an alysis software.The system which thi s paper developed may be doing statistical analys is from over all, l ateral and longit udinal aspects, in ov erall terms, it can not only analyzed overall d ifficulty, discriminat ion, and the validi ty o f ot h er i n dicators, bu t also can analyze d averag e, v ariance, high rates,p ass rates and other indicators of the results o f th e candidates, the system also automatically draw a histogram and a nor mal d istribu tion curve.This paper studies the work:(1)Select stati stical analysis indica tors. By read a lot of books and materi als,I geted indicators of more scientific analys is,ca lculati o n meth ods and evaluat ion criter ia, and compared th e calculation r esults of some various ind ica tors calculati o n methods to illustrate the calculation results of index calculation method chose by the paper relatively accurate and r easonable, Als o design a comprehensive analys is o f indica tors used to assess the quality of the paper s circu mstances apply ing fuzzy math ematics compr ehensive evalu atio n met h od.(2)Anal y sis system overall desig n.Based on the syst em needs analys is, t h e paper did overall design of the software feat u res modu les and draw a correspondin g module structure d iagram, did conceptual d esign and logical st ructu re design for database tables Systems d evelopment required. Finally, g ave t he d atabase table relationship d iagram.(3)I mpleme n tation and operat ion of the test sys tem software. Each module analy zes system was programme d and did the relevant t ests for o p eration of the s ystem useing examinee data and use sps s statistical analys is software to the correctness and r atio n ali ty for o btained partial results,assureing the res ult of s ystem analysi s is more accurate, in addit ion,did a comprehensi ve explanat ion for th e results of the statistical an alysis.(4) Do corr elation analysis for results of the operation of thesystem. The paper does correlation analysis for results of the operation of the syst em and gets the difficulty discr imination and reliability etc of the test p apers and quest ions. Gets the gap of five schools in science and math ematics, qual ity and g ood or bad of 4 cou rse examinat ion in a school.
