This paper focuses on the main frame of the long-distance radar data fusion system, fusion algorithm, synthesis of short tracks and optimization of long-distance radar cooperative detection. We test real-time performance and function of all sections of the system. We improve the performance of the single-station model, get more stable tracks, less short tracks and false tracks, reduce the difficulty of distal track initiation. We The main contents as follows:(1) Construction and implementation of track fusion system. This part introduces the main frame of the track fusion and the point synthesis, which compose the longdistance radar data fusion system, implementation of the fusion database, and the structure and main flow chart are given for engineering to achieve. Then, we test track fusion system real-time performance and debug all function modules of the system by using field experimental data, mainly including timing control module, serial number management module, track fusion and weighted coefficient, point correlation, fusion database etc.(2)The synthesis algorithm of short tracks and processing of experimental data. In order to solve the problem of multi single station radar remote short track, we analyze why too many short tracks come out in long-distance radar detection firstly. Then, the study of main reason that commonly used fusion algorithm can not form a remote radar stable track comes on, and why it does not apply to long-distance radar detection system. And the short track synthesis criterion and the flow chart are given. Finally we make the stable track test with the experimental data, compare with single station model and double station collaborative mode tracking effect, the true and false short track recognition algorithm.(3)Deployment of multi stations and fusion precision. Basic guidelines for 2-3 long-distance radars and analysis factors affecting radar network data fusion accuracy, to construct and improve data fusion precision of network model, is given to reflect radar net fusion accuracy index, positioning precision set diffusion factor GDOP, different distribution pattern of GDOP distributed simulation, data fusion accuracy analysis and comparison of different fabric structure was presented to improve the tracking precision for the optimal deployment of the main indicators of the station.
