With the continuous improvement of productivity, industrial automatic control system is becoming increasingly popular. Industrial process control systems are the key to the production of various types of industrial automation.Its role in the industrial production is growing, it has become an important indicator of a country’s level of industrial development.However, accidents occur frequently in industrial control systems, and each brought disaster is devastating. Today, the credibility of the industrial control system must be guaranteed.First, this paper analyzes the demand for intelligent agriculture and combines industrial control systems architecture, studying the importance of the security, control and enhanced survivability for the credibility of industrial process control systems.Then,this paper put forward the safety certification approach of the design.Second, this paper design the overall topology of the system: incorporating the core board for responsible system node control and the child board responsible for specific data acquisition and control output.This paper chooses CAN bus as communication between the sub-board.The paper select TCP / IP MODBUS protocol as the connection to a central control room and on-site control node communication.Moreover, the paper design the same way the system circuit diagram and PCB layout and design u COSii and LINUX based embedded software.Finally, the paper perform the functional tests and safety tests.In this paper, the design of industrial process control systems has the following characteristics: strong security, good survivability, ease of use and strong.The system supports card authentication, heartbeat packet inspection, hot swappable, brown seamless, intelligent caching data locally, detailed system logs detailed, digital displaying real-time status.
