Delay/Disruption Tolerant Network(DTN)has been widely used since it was put forward.Recently,with the development of deep space exploration and the need of military and science, DTN became the hotspot of scientific research.DTN bears the chatacters of high delay, high link disconnection rate,uneven data rate and low data rate.It adopts the “store-take-forward” mode to deliver the message,called the “custody transfer”.Because all these factors above, the traditional Internet congestion control algorithms are no longer fitful for DTN.Thus this paper would propose a congestion control algorithm that takes all these properties into account such as bandwidth, transfer delay,contact time,and the priority of message,as long as its expiration time: we call it CCACP.This algoritnm would ease the present congestion by transfering picked message to a very node,thus promote the performance of the network.For the nodes’ motion’s periodic property and the regular network topology, here we proposed the space DTNcongestion control algorithm.For the purpose of testing the performance of the algorithm, we have designed a simulation platform, and tested the performance of this algorithm.The main research done by this paper is as below:(1) Summarizing the present outcome of DTN and internal and external main research about DTN;making a brief introduction of the basic knowledge of DTN.(2) Proposing a congestion control algorithm named CCACP,based on the link information of the network.(3) In order to test the performance of the algorithm, we use STK and CORE to set up a simulation platform, and make a accurate description of the space scenario so long as the link, and get accurate data of the scenario.(4) Using the platform we tests the performance of the algorithm, finding that it works well by improving the performance of the whole network.
