The article states the development history of search engine and optimization technology of search engine at home and abroad. he key analysis are from the selection of keywords, web links, content to site structure four aspects of the existing search engine of optimization techniques. And this study chooses Shaoyang Talent Network platform for instance argument for recruitment of search engine optimization, and optimize the Shaoyang Talent Net mainly from four aspects, the modification of the keywords, optimization of the link, the increase of the content and adjustment of the structure. By optimizing the instance data, the paper compares the states of the site before and after optimization, analyzing the feasibility and importance of SEO for the recruitment. In addition to the application and improvement of traditional search engine optimization techniques, the article also analyzes and discusses the algorithm of word segmentation technology of Baidu. This paper studies how to combine Chinese word segmentation technology with the Baidu search engine optimization technology, how to use Chinese word segmentation technology to select site keywords, and how to apply the word segmentation technology to make Baidu keywords preferably distribution to the site’s title, description, text and link anchor text., finally to make the web site obtain more traffic and more top rankings, and enrich and improve the search engine optimization technique by using the Chinese word segmentation technology.
