With the continuous development of the advent of the Internet and network technology, more and more network applications start using P2 P technology, especially the downloading resource from the network, BT download has become mainstream. But because of the openness, anonymity and sharing characteristics of the P2 P system, free-riding behavior has become one of the serious problems. The free-riding behavior seriously affects the Qo S of the BT network, and may even leads to paralysis of the entire BT network. Therefore, it is necessary to carry on the research on analysis of the free-riding inhibition the BT network.Firstly, according to the simulation results of the Peer Sim, this paper sums up the dual properties of constrained sets affecting the Qo S of the BT network, i.e., the node in the network attribute constraint set and the node hardware constraint set of attribute of itself, and analysis the degree of influence on the whole BT network Qo S on each attribute of the dual Qo S constraint sets from the theoretical.Secondly, this paper proposes the priority assessment strategy of the node. First of all, through the contribution value, the consumption value and the punishment value of the node in the network, we calculate the total utility value of the node. Then we evaluate the node priority according to the utility value. In the calculation of the contribution value, in order to enrich the resource types of the network, this paper puts forward the concept of the scarcity value, and this paper gives the specific calculation method of calculation the scarcity value.Finally, based on the seed node ratio property of the dual Qo S constraint sets, this paper proposes the strategy of the detection and the inhibition based on the neighbor downloading nodes. In the detection of the node free-riding, this paper theoretically analyzes the selection process of the detection node and the detection range, and this paper puts forward the specific method and process of the detection based on the neighbor downloading nodes. In the inhibition of the node free-riding, this paper proposes the blacklist strategy and the blacklist release algorithm. Through the simulation experiment, we verify the feasibility and the effectiveness of the detection and the inhibition strategy based on the neighbor downloading nodes.
