Bank offices have long been the focus of security because of its concentration of wealth and liquidity, its systematic management and security is very important. Generally, the banks monitoring system is the traditional video surveillance, and a large amount of data is not enough to stage long; on the other hand, video surveillance is generally applied only at the counter, ATM equipment and specific areas teller system. On the part of analysis of the behavior of employees out of the area is somewhat lacking. Act out in this article refers specifically to the behavior of bank personnel-related concerns its location information and track information. The paper concerned on RFID radio frequency fingerprint technology for RFID data, fingerprint data and other relevant data bank employees. Context modeling obtained information collection and processing through data mining, access for operation internal data related to use of the traditional video monitoring of risk control at the level of supplement. The bank employees’ behavior management system is actually a context-aware and data management system combining the need for relevant results of modeling and context-aware analysis that manages the information. This paper analyzes and studies the context modeling techniques and techniques based on context-aware features, and also focuses on the use of object-oriented ontology contains the concept of context modeling and context-based modeling of spatial information technology in the overall framework of context-aware systems. The bank employees’ behavior management system is designed and implemented. Its main contents are as follows:(1) The paper compared to various domestic and international context modeling techniques, presents the overall framework applicable to bank employees behavior management system. Considering the massive amounts of data, the modeling framework introduces in the whole data warehouse concepts to build a unified data layer, so that the whole model in the mass data operations can better enrich the entire bank employee behavior management system architecture.(2) The paper proposes a ontology-based object-oriented context modeling, making the model along with good modeling semantic reasoning and efficient storage of inquiries nature.(3) The paper achieves a bank staff behavior analysis modeling based on spatial information. Based on the context of spatial information, and through data mining algorithms, the modeling analyses of existing data, and gets the final decision.(4) Based on ThinkPHP frame, the paper designs and implements the behavior management module of the bank employees’ behavior management system. With ThinkPHP open source framework, combined with context modeling, the paper designs and implements of the behavior management module, and also makes the corresponding tests. The system obtained context information modeling after the sensor and the fingerprint data of the RFID context information. Based on the model, the system introduced in the data warehouse, designs and achieves the bank employee behavior management system, and related modeling and analysis techniques were verified.
