The vigorous development of the mobile internet has greatly changed people’s way of life,as real-time applications requirement increased like network telephone and video conference,how to guarantee QoS during the handover process of mobile terminals is imminent.MIPv6 and FMIPv6 protocols have made by the Internet Engineering Task Force as solution of supporting IP mobility,but have not been implemented on embedded devices such as mobile terminal.On the other hand,the explosion of mobile terminals and its application hava produced large amounts of interactive data at the same time also caused a wave of emerging technologies such as data mining and big data.Movement prediction algorithms based on data mining as the cornerstone of business recommendation system are also discussed by experts and scholars at home and abroad.This paper analysis the theory of FMIPv6 protocol and data mining deeply,then put forward a new combinated scheme which named TWP-FMIPv6.The scheme uses the time-weighted movement prediction of Apriori algorithm which named TWP-Apriori to replace the standard mechanism with the L2 prediction in the solution of FMIPv6 protocol and introduces the concept of time weighting for mobile trajectory record to enhance the accuracy of the prediction algorithm.The result of performance analysis to TWP-FMIPv6 protocol using NS2 simulation platform show that the TWP-FMIPv6 can effectively avoid the influence to the performance of standard FMIPv6 protocol when the phenomenon of false L2 trigger happens.Considering the openness and extensible ability of Android system and the characteristics of the mobile terminal with limited resources, this paper puts forward a new movement prediction algorithm with low resource consumption which named LC-Apriori and a new FMIPv6 protocol based on the LC-Apriori through reducing the scanning scope of mobile trajectory data set.The success of transplantation and efficiency of handover are tested through building real network environment after introducing the way of implementation for the LCTWP-FMIPv6 protocol transplanted to android platform.The result of test show that the LCTWP-FMIPv6 protocol is transplanted successfully and has efficient handover performance.
