With the construction of information system, tax departments throughout the country have established their respective tax management system. These systems produced a large amount of data is in the use of corporate tax. It is a great waste of data resources, because most of these data in the idle state. Using the technology of data ware house, data mining technology and applying to tax data, it will complete knowledge excavation on these data and obtain deeper knowledge rules.According to the general process of data mining technology, it includes tax data preprocessing, clustering analysis and results analysis process. From the analysis of value-added tax, enterprise income tax and the annual total tax, we will take clustering analysis to the tax data and make analysis on the result set. Data preprocessing includes data capture, data cleaning, data collection, data integration and data standardization. According to the thought of data warehouse technology, through preprocessing the data from different application databases and different data file data, finally, we get the data for data mining. The data mining algorithm use the K-Means clustering algorithm based on maximum and minimum distance, the algorithm according to the clustering center point select the number of cluster center better, so as to enhance the clustering effect. Through database designing, system designing and realization aspects of two kinds of clustering analysis is realized, finally show the clustering results, and make analysis. In short, by clustering processing tax data, through the analysis of value-added tax, enterprise income tax and annual tax total tax, the system will help the tax department to monitor and manage tax payers in some extent, find the important and qualified tax source and ensure the tax revenue work smoothly and orderly.
