In the field of computer and communication, wearable sensor network is worthy researching. In this thesis, the errors of sensors are analyzed, and the multi-sensor data fusion algorithms are studied. The research of multi-sensor data fusion algorithm has made some achievements, but it is not very mature.First of all, the thesis introduces the concept of wearable sensor network and application background, researches the basic theories of attitude measurement technology and multi-sensor data fusion technology. It provides the theoretical basis for the research of algorithm. Secondly, It analyzes the errors of sensors, corrects the errors, and studies the multi-sensor data fusion algorithm in the past. And an improved data fusion algorithm based on D-S evidence theory is presented. Finally, the attitude measurement system is realized. The attitude measurement system includes hardware design and software design. Hardware design includes the selection of sensors and the design of hardware platform. Software design includes the serial communication module, the data analysis module and the display of gesture module. It implements the display of gesture module by using OpenGL technology.Attitude measurement system is verificated by designing experiment, and the results show that the proposed algorithm has the the advantages of high accuracy, good real-time performance and so on.
