Wireless sensor network consists of a large number of the limited resources of the nodes randomly in a self organizing way, mainly used to collect and perception information of the monitored region. As the wireless sensor network are mostly deployed in the harsh environment of the region, while the energy consumption of wireless sensor network is limited, therefore ensure the confidentiality and integrity of data, and ensure the low energy consumption has become the focus of research in the field of wireless sensor network. On this issue, the researchers applied the data fusion in sensor networks.Through data aggregation technology, can effectively reduce the amount of data transmission in wireless sensor networks, reduce the data conflict rate, reduce network congestion, greatly saving the network energy cost. Data aggregation technology in wireless sensor network mainly considered the complete protection and privacy protection.Both privacy and integrity protection algorithm proposed in this thesis, combine homomorphic encryption with homomorphic message authentication code to design an effective data aggregation algorithm. Homomorphism encryption has a characteristic about the data do not need to be declassified during data transmission. Homomorphism verification code has homogeneity and high security. The PASKOS is designed by assigning different key value pairs for each node, but ensure the base station node knows the key pool size, node through the key value pairs to calculate the critical value, based on the original data plus or minus the value of the key, protection of data privacy. Because the key of the algorithm on the original data change is random, so the algorithm can guarantee that when the adversary attacks, the base station can still receive the correct data.Based on the theoretical analysis about the two given aggregation algorithms in this thesis.And make simulation on these algorithms to analyse the correctness and effectiveness. The simulation results show that the DMAC algorithm is compared with other algorithms, with the amount of data communication is low, the integrity of the data more perfect. PASKOS algorithm shows that when the size of every node keys pairs are moderate, privacy protection can get the maximum.
