As the car in people’s lives more and more important role in social life becoming increasingly dependent on the automobile for vehicle safety monitoring and inspection measures have gradually been people’s attention. The world’s countries continue to occur around the activities of terrorist organizations car bombings and other terrorist organizations because of rampant crime, in order to safeguard social stability and people’s life and property safety, countries have taken measures to strengthen the security monitoring. Many criminals will hide some illegal goods into and out of the car at the end of some important organs and units to avoid the sight of inspectors, or suspicious persons to carry out some special places such as prisons, airports, banks, warehouses and so on.Therefore, many of the car’s chassis has become the focus of government organs and departments of security checks. And the current commercial vehicle chassis safety inspection system at home interiorly is still in the development of mature phase.Aiming at the problems of existing vehicle safety monitoring system, the thesis designed an underground imaging system, to realized taking photo and conducting safety testing automatic under the vehicle. First, the thesis introduces object-oriented system design based on the basic method, and MFC-based graphical interface design, shows us the basic working principle of the system, Through horizontal comparison, for the imaging characteristics of dynamic vehicles, using line scan imaging technology is proposed, obtained images underneath and license plate of the car are saved in the system database to call information at any time by convenient. Meanwhile, more contents were studied, including vehicle information management, customer information management and many other major functions. Finally, this system experiments solve the problems in the actual debugging and make the performance of the system be running well. Simulated vehicle in the laboratory under the vehicle can shoot photos by using image capture card to capture images,and image preprocessing.The system uses the current advanced fisheye lens with CCD line camera image capture, a collection of vehicle security, image processing, image retrieval, under the premise of ensuring the accuracy and improve the level of automation of vehicle security, customs, airport, military departments like these security requirements of high places, have a wide range of applications.
