Nowadays, IOT technology is developing rapidly, China has formed a typical IOT industrial market. Part of application fields has begun to take shape, such as:smart logistics, smart city, intelligent transportation and smart grid.In accordance with the idea of software engineering, this paper adopts object-oriented programming and modular design approach to design. Take network communication technology, database technology, queue technology, multi-threading technology, artificial intelligence technology and load balancing technology into application, this paper realizes a powerful logistics information system which can support data reception, data analysis, data transmission, information browsing and intelligent process.In order to reduce the load pressure on the server effectively, this system uses composite structure of C/S architecture and B/S architecture to design communication model. Each layers is relatively independent, the system has excellent robustness, scalability and maintainability. Introducing ideas of task identification and task classification, and Agent technology into load balancing system, this paper designs and implements a kind of dynamic self-adaptive load balancing algorithm which is based on Agent technology. By this way, concurrent processing ability has been enhanced, system throughput has been improved, request task processing time has been cut down effectively. Docking WeChat public platform, this paper has realized deep integration of IOT and mobile Internet perfectly. High efficiency and great flexibility of this system has been verified under business environment.
