With the development of LEO satellite communication, wireless resource management in global personal communications is becoming more and more important. Meanwhile, admission control technology, an important aspect of wireless resource management, directly influences the quality of satellite communication and satisfaction of users. So how to design an efficient admission control strategy has become a focus of current research.This thesis mainly considers the characteristics of the resource scarcity and the frequent handoff in LEO systems. In view of more and more users and more types of service, it is much more significant to design new admission strategy of the multi-type services in LEO systems. Users are caring about improvement of the quality of service, and gradually pay attention to the fairness of resource allocation. So the new admission control strategy should increase the utilization rate of the channel, satisfaction of the users and the fairness of resource allocation.Firstly, this thesis summarizes the existing satellite admission control strategy and analysis the deficiencies of application. Then a dynamic lifting-degrading admission control strategy is proposed to deal with the application scenarios of multi-type services. The simulation results show, this strategy improves the channel admission rate of users, the satisfaction of handoff users and the channel utilization rate. Finally, considering the fairness in the use of channel resource between different users under different load conditions, the overall QoS is taken as the standard, and the utility function is used to construct a game model. When the free channel resource is not enough, the channel and users have to play a game to decide whether degrade or not and figure out the degradation bandwidth if degradation is needed. Simulation and analysis show that the game theory admission control strategy can effectively improve the admission rate of high priority users, and the satisfaction of overall uers.
