With the rapid development of Internet, the ossification of conventional Internet has become a protuberant problem. To address the innate faults with TCP/IP system in terms of network control, safety and mobility, researchers who study future network proposed new frameworks for Internet, redesigned network models, and implemented a series of researches. With development of network, the necessary bandwidth is also rising. Energy consumption may become an important factor restricting the development of the network. In view of energy-saving for future network, this thsis studies the dynamic and static flow control to reduce redundant flow and link load, hence to reduce the energy consumption of the network.This thsis first analyzes the existing routing of the hot CCN network developing in the future network. Based on the present CCN routing optimizing method, SoCCeR, a self-adaptive forwarding strategy is analyzed to overcome the defects of cache evaporation. NACK message computing is introduced into the strategy, to efficiently reduce the re-transmitting of message within the network and the strategy convergence.Then, to solve to problems with the cache decision strategy of CCN network and make full use of neighborhood cache, a rapid transmission strategy of cache awareness, which will improve the efficiency of neighborhood cache by means of updating message and a rapid transmission graph in the neighborhood cache, is put forward. To overcome the innate defects with default cache decision strategy LCE in CCN, a cache capacity monitoring program is designed, hence to solve the problem of “cache contamination” caused by LCE strategy.The last point presented in the thsis is a mapping model for flow balancing of the whole network, based on another heated topic in future network —virtual network. A mathematical model and a flow and node load balancing model are established. Then on the basis of nonlinear model, a hybrid integer programming model is proposed by mathematical means. The model can realize the global flow balancing with energy savings.
